Close your eyes and take a minimum of six slow, deep breaths. Begin by focusing on relaxing every inch of your body, starting with your toes. Wiggle and relax your toes, allowing them to release any tension. Then move on to your feet, rotating your ankles and letting your feet relax completely.


Next, shift your attention to your calves and consciously relax the muscles in that area. Feel the tension melting away as you continue to breathe deeply. Gradually work your way up your body, dedicating your focus to each body part one at a time.


As you progress, remember to maintain a steady rhythm of deep breaths. With each inhalation and exhalation, you will feel a growing sense of relaxation, as if you are floating weightlessly. Your body and mind will be gently massaged into a deep sleep. Allow yourself to detach and let go completely, experiencing a profound sense of peace, happiness, and freedom. 


Remember, this practice can be beneficial for your family and friends as well. It helps detoxify your mind and heart from thoughts and emotions that no longer serve you but have become habitual.


So, begin again by focusing on your toes, gently wiggling and relaxing them. Then proceed to your feet, rotating your ankles and letting them relax fully. Work your way up to your calves, ensuring the muscles there are completely relaxed. Continue moving upward, focusing on each body part, until you reach your head. Throughout this process, maintain your deep breaths and embrace the tranquility that arises.
